Progress or regress your workout with the patented Dynamic Bands. Choose from light, medium, heavy or extra heavy. The Dynamic Bands are designed to work with the Auster System and easily clip and unclip onto the Patented Dual Carabiner on the Auster anchors. The Dynamic Bands can be combined with the Power Straps to create even more workout options.

Description

The Dynamic bands are covered with ultra-strong polyester to protect you and your kit. They come with luxury-soft feel handles and extend to 3.2m. Available in light, medium, heavy and extra heavy. The Dynamic bands come in a set of two.

Resistance ranges on the Bands:

Light: 2.5kg-10kg

Medium: 4kg-15kg

Heavy: 6.5kg – 23kg

X-Heavy: 9kg – 28kg

I have these bands in the light and medium weights. As expected, both are well constructed from quality materials, which feel good and look great. These bands are terrific if you are looking for something different in your at home or outdoor training sessions.
